HOW IT WORKS
In sublimation printing, unique sublimation dyes are transferred to sheets of “transfer” paper via liquid ink and a digital sublimation print head. A heat press is then used to transfer the image from the paper to the substrate. The ink sublimates (transforms from solid to gas, skipping the liquid state) and reforms bonded to the surface of your product. This process is best used on inorganic materials like polyesters, metals, and plastics. Sublimation allows you unlimited potential in the kinds of products you can customize with a very low turn around and quantity minimum.
